There are "Elite Guard" that are all women in very tight leather.

Violence & Gore

Severe
3 of 4 found this severe
One of the weapons the player can wield is a flamethrower. Using this on human enemies causes them to swing around and scream in terror and pain before finally dying.
While the game is violent, since it was made in 2001, the violence is fairly dated and isn't quite as graphic as the newer games in the series.
Blood can be seen squirting out of people when they are shot.
Blood on the walls.
There are dungeons where blood can be seen everywhere.
There is a level where you are in a crypt with what are basically "Zombies" and blood is everywhere.
The game is a World War 2 shooter with lots of shooting.
When a grenade is thrown and explodes right underneath someone they explode into pieces.

Profanity

None
2 of 3 found this to have none
Very mild profanity; "damn" and "hell" are both once or twice at most.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

Mild
3 of 4 found this mild
Classic German beer pitchers can be drinked from and give a temporary stamina boost. The player can also aquire a bottle of wine later in the game and use it multiple times as a small source of health.
Few soldiers are very drunk, usually humming musical tunes and speaking gibberish.
Some soldiers may be seen smoking.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

Moderate
3 of 4 found this moderate
The game can get pretty tense while fighting.
There are zombies which may be scary to some people.
The game deals with the paranormal, so besides zombies there are other paranormal creatures.
