A wake-up call that is apparently not being heard
bobbyfielding17 February 2002
I saw this film thanks to a friend who made it available to our community. Given the lack of information here and lack of comments, it would look like this is a wake-up call that was never heard. At the end of the film, I was amazed at all the well known actors who were listed as taking part.

This is a powerful film about the story of humankind and how we have changed the face of our planet earth. It is very effective in showing us where we have come thus far, and the effects we have had on, basically, ourselves. From this information, the question remains: what are we going to choose next? Given that we have only 30 years of oil left on our planet the way we are consuming it (from "The Last Hours of Ancient Sunlight" by Thom Hartmann, p.17), we may be forced to face this question sooner than many of us expect.

Indeed, when will we learn that we have only this one planet and that we *are* all one people?
