“Cheaters,” an 18-part comedy-drama told in 10-minute chapters, will be produced by Clerkenwell and co-financed by BBC Studios and Anton as part of a deal to develop and fund a slate of high-end, short-form drama and comedy projects. When you have a hit TV show, there's a lot of money to be made in ancilliary products, such as t-shirts, notebooks, stickers or mousepads.
But when your show is "Cheaters," a syndicated reality series that investigates cheating spouses and records the often-violent confrontations that ensue, your options are limited.
No matter that the show is in season 12, its sordid subjectmatter makes it hard to market, say, a "Cheaters" spaghetti sauce, or designer purfume.
The show did participate in a "No Cheaters" dating website for a while, but now series creator Bobby Goldstein thinks he's found a better product for his corporate brand: A website that sells spy goods.
It's called Cheaters Spy Shop, and sells all sorts of surveillance gear for suspicious minds, including recovery sticks that can pull up anything currently on the iPhone and even recover deleted information; mobile software that will send a person all texts and pictures being sent,...

I discovered one thing while watching ABC's Skating with the Stars last night. The sound I kept hearing was not metal scraping ice, it was reality TV scraping the bottom of the barrel.
Actually, that may be a bit unfair. Skating is really no worse than the show that preceded it, but this whole " ______ with the Stars" genre needs to be nipped in the bud.
At the very least, they need to look outside these boring challenges, and offer up something unexpected. For instance, Red Light/Green Light with the Stars, or Chainsaw Juggling with the Stars.
As for Skating, it was pretty much what it was expected to be, a low-rent copy of Dancing with the Stars, with one notable exception.

TMZ reports that the original Cheaters creator, Bobby Goldstein, is pitching the show as a way to “catch celebrity cheaters with their pants down.” And since it takes one to know one, who better to sniff out celebrity mistresses than Michelle and Jamie? There’s just one question… would you actually have the stomach to watch this garbage?
For those of you who have lost count, Michelle is the first of Jesse’s mistresses to be exposed by the media. The tattoo model is also a mom of two boys — Avery,...

Well, we knew all the Tiger Woods-Jesse James cheating drama was too good to escape without a sleazy reality show concept forming.
We have to wait no longer.
Michelle "Bombshell" McGee and Jaime Jungers forced their way into the public eye as home-wrecking mistresses, and there they will get to stay if a new reality show in the works comes to fruition. TMZ reports that the infamous mistresses would host the show, called "Celebrity Cheaters," which would -- yep, you guessed it -- center around celebrities who cheat on their loved ones.
Created by Bobby Goldstein, who created the original "Cheaters," the new Hollywood version is still being shopped around. James' and Woods' former mistresses have agreed to do it, but have not put their John Hancock on the project yet (something tells us you wouldn't have to twist their arm too much to do so).
Fun fact:...

McGee and Jungers shot to fame after they had affairs with married celebrities Jesse James and Tiger Woods respectively. The show is the concept of Bobby Goldstein, who is the creator of the original ‘Cheaters’. The show’s point will be to catch the celebrity cheaters in action. According to earlier reports, McGee had tried out for the original ‘Cheaters’.

Tiger & Jesse 'Mistresses' Get Reality TV Offer
TMZ has learned a new reality show is in the works that would be hosted by Michelle "Bombshell" McGee and Jamie Jungers -- and according to the creator, it's all about celebrities who cheat on their loved ones.
Jesse James' alleged mistress #1 and Tiger Woods' #we-lost-count would front a show called "Celebrity Cheaters," which is currently being shopped around town. The show was created by Bobby Goldstein, who created the original "Cheaters" -- and would, according to the pitch, try and "catch celebrity cheaters with their pants down."
Ironically, we're told McGee once applied to be on "Cheaters" to try to trap an ex. She was denied.
The show hasn't found a home yet -- but Goldstein says McGee and Jungers have both agreed to do it, though nothing has been signed yet.

So believe the creators of a new program who reportedly approached McGee and Jungers, according to TMZ.
Of course, McGee and Jungers are famous (or infamous) for allegedly hooking up with married celebrities Jesse James and Tiger Woods, respectively. But in this scenario, they would be the hosts of a new show called “Celebrity Cheaters” that is being shopped around by creator Bobby Goldstein, creator of the original “Cheaters.” TMZ says the point of the show would be to “catch celebrity cheaters with their pants down.” Ironically, early reports about McGee state that she tried out for Goldstein’s “Cheaters” show, but didn’t make the cut.
This news is fairly normal when it comes to other McGee-Junger topics, which have ranged in recent weeks from alleged murder plots to interactive sex games. In other news, LimeLife.com reports that McGee is reportedly getting paid to strip at the Deja...

I guess if you are going to create a reality television show about celebrities who cheat, Michelle “Bombshell” McGee and Jamie Jungers would make ideal hosts.

Famous people's alleged mistresses are cashing in on their newfound fame while it is still there. Michelle "Bombshell" McGee and Jamie Jungers, Jesse James and Tiger Woods' reported lovers respectively, are apparently starting their own reality series.
According to TMZ, a show called "Celebrity Cheaters" is currently being shopped around. Jungers and McGee have agreed to front it.
The show, created by the original "Cheaters" creator Bobby Goldstein, would try and "catch celebrity cheaters with their pants down."
The show doesn't have a network and although the home wreckers were said to be already on board, nothing has been formally signed yet.

In Hollywood, when you cheat on your spouse, you get a reality show! Tiger Woods and Jesse James’ mistresses are in talks to land their very own reality show. And get this—it’s reportedly going to be hosted by Tiger’s mistress Jamie Jungers and Jesse’s favorite stripper Michelle “Bombshell” McGee. According to TMZ, the show, called Celebrity Cheaters, will center all around….drum roll…celebs who cheat. The concept was created by Bobby Goldstein, who also created the ingenious show Cheaters. If you're wondering why Tiger's main squeeze Rachel Uchitel isn't involved, that's...

Some people are not ready to let go of Jesse James and Tiger Woods' affair scandal. It has just been reported by TMZ that Bobby Goldstein aka the man behind "Cheaters" has approached James' Michelle "Bombshell" McGee and Woods' alleged mistress Jamie Jungers to front a new reality show called "Celebrity Cheaters".
The show is about celebrities who cheat on their spouses, catching "celebrity cheaters with their pants down." Not yet finding home, the show is being shopped around. Reportedly, McGee and Jungers have already agreed to do it although nothing has been signed.
Ironically, McGee allegedly once signed up for "Cheaters". She thought her then-husband Ronald Shane Modica was being unfaithful so she applied to see if she could catch him in the act. A source told Radar Online, "She applied to be on the show, and a report was submitted on her allegations of her husband cheating.

"The Golden Girls" is the latest pop culture institution to be getting its own porn parody spoof. Really now. I love a porn parody as much as the next person, but I'm kind of failing to see who exactly the audience is for this one. (DListed)
Never mind, I spoke too soon. There's also going to be a Big Lebowski porn parody. You can watch the trailer for this one here. (Film Drunk)
It sounds like die-hard Star Wars fans are soon going to have something to be even more pissed off about than Episode 1. (Topless Robot)
Miley Cyrus bought herself her own home, and so far it sounds like a complete set-up for a future episode of "To Catch a Predator." (Litelysalted)
White Castle's sad, soggy little excuses for burgers which are somehow addictingly delicious now come in a delightful A-1 steak sauce flavor. (Impulsive Buy)

Michelle "Bombshell' McGee, mistress numero uno in the Sandra Bullock-Jesse James cheating scandal, has a delicious, ironic reality show application in her past -- for the show "Cheaters."
According to Radaronline, Bombshell thought her then-husband Ronald Shane Modica was being unfaithful (the nerve, right?), so she applied for "Cheaters" to see if she could catch him in the act.
A source told Radar, "She applied to be on the show, and a report was submitted on her allegations of her husband cheating. But for whatever reason no further action was taken."
Is this the ultimate example of the "takes one to know one" idea?
Remember, "Cheaters" is the show that got host Joey Greco stabbed by one of the angry suspects. So we are really talking about the cream of the reality crop right here.

We’re in the Semifinals of our Guilty Pleasures Reality TV Showdown (see full bracket here). Now we're into the Competition category. Semifinals, Competition: Celebrity Mole vs. Paris Hilton's My New Bff Here's what some fans had to say during the first round of voting: MyLisa on Celebrity Mole: "Celebrity Mole (Hawaii), hands down. Corbin Bernsen and Stephen Baldwin were hilarious together, and Kathy Griffin was right there with the snarky commentary. What I love with both Celebrity Mole editions is that they’re all actually having Fun! I recently saw the Yucatan re-run — Dennis Rodman *is* the Mole of Moleville.

Just when thought you had already heard the whole world's take on the Tiger Woods saga, out comes the last person you want to see on a date.
Professional soul patch wearer and Cheaters host Joey Greco talked to the Los Angeles Times about Woods' philandering ways.
He describes his take on the reaction, the coverage and even Tiger's handling of the event. He even likens it to David Letterman's recent scandal and says that Letterman handled his public reaction to the event much better and Tiger should have done the same. So does he mean that Tiger Woods also should have released his own Top Ten list?

Chicago - We’re approaching an entertainment apocalypse as the new four horsemen arrive on the hill: Redbox, Comcast, Marketeers and Spencer Pratt. In a decade, we’re going to be watching puppet shows on network TV and not even Jeff Dunham level puppet shows. But let’s give a run down of trainwrecks that will claim the lives of entertainment business models.
Redbox is a simple concept - a kiosk that allows you to rent a hot new DVD title for a $1 a day. There will be 20,000 of them across the country in grocery stores, drugstores and Wal-marts by the end of the year. They’re a mini-Blockbuster that’s doesn’t required a zit-faced dreamer to run the register. What’s the problem with Redbox? It’s killing to DVD sales market faster than Blockbuster and Netflix. Having Redbox inside Wal-Mart wrecks the impulse buying temptation of the giant sale bin.

Cheaters has been on the air for nine years now, documenting scorned lovers confronting their cheating partners in the act, with a camera crew in tow. It's like an episode of Jerry Springer filmed in the cheaters' natural habitats. And the syndicated series is often accused of being fake, particularly since a 2003 episode during which host Joey Greco was stabbed, which to me has never seemed genuine, although some of the early episodes certainly...

The most bizarre headline popping up in the last few hours is that Jon Gosselin will do a reality show together with Nadya Suleman so that they would make up one large family. The report, however, has been slammed by both Gosselin's and Suleman's reps. They said any types of show is not in the works.
The source of the story is producer Bobby Goldstein who told In Touch Weekly, "I heard that Nadya has an insatiable desire to spend time with Jon and to put their families together." He added, "And I had the idea that this could be a very entertaining fiasco." Goldstein was one of the producers of The CW Plus' "Cheaters".
Allegedly, the show would be called "Jon - Kate = Jon + Octomom" and it will follow Gosselin "as he contemplates what hooking up with Octomom could really be like." Not only that, Suleman who previously called...
