- In the opening scene, two men spy on another man who is with two hookers (bare breasts and butts are seen).
- A man and a woman kiss, and are implied to have sex, but nothing is seen as the scene ends.

- A blind man and his dog fall down an open elevator shaft. The dog's hanging corpse is later seen.
- A security guard is decapitated by an elevator door.
- A rollerblader is sucked into an elevator, and afterwards is shot out from it, breaking the windows and falling from a very high height. He lands on the sidewalk (offscreen), and his blood splatters on a guy.
- An elevator repairman is strangled and bled to death.
- In an elevator full of people, the floor opens, and everyone falls to their deaths. Then, the elevator slams into the roof.
- A police officer's lower section is cut by a falling elevator.
- A man is strung up and hanged by elevator cables.
