- The film is about a cat and mouse game between a tenant and a burglar. That involves a fair amount of threats with weapons and such. These threats involve a bat, a gun, a statute, a knife.
- When a man hits another man over the head, he falls and doesn't move; he bleeds a little.
- A man is tied down across a kitchen island and humiliated in various ways.
- Four men attempt to rape two men.

- The F-word is used at least 37 times (4 imes with its literal meaning). The S-word is used 4 times. "Goddamn," "bitch," "bastard," etc. are used somewhat more frequently. "Faggot" is used as an insult.
