  Mortimer : A little after three this morning.

  Claris : Why didn't you wake me when they left?

  Mortimer : I tried to, but you'd passed out from drinking too much.

  Claris : What was the final decision? Hmm?

  Mortimer : Well, Inspector Blaugh said Miss Cole was electricuted and drowned when the radio fell into the tub.

  Claris : And the other?

  Mortimer : Well, he wasn't too sure. He said it looked like suicide but he couldn't understand how anyone could take their own life with such strength. Haven't ruled out murder though. Said he's gonna call back later, set up another inquiry.

  Claris : It was, you know.

  Mortimer : What was?

  Claris : Murder.

  Mortimer : What makes you think so?

  Claris : Instinct, feeling, call it what you like. I feel it was murder.

  Mortimer : And you think someone here could do such a thing?

  Claris : Everybody in this house is capable of murder... including you, and me.

  Mortimer : You're wrong, Claris.

  Claris : Am I? Wait and see. There will be others.
