The Internet Movie DataBase lists two movies by this title from American Mutoscope & Biograph in 1898. If there actually were two, I hope this is the one I saw.
It shows four dancers in frilly skirts, lifting up their hems as they prance about. Famously, the real dancers at the Moulin Rouge did not wear underpants. These young women do.
Perhaps the other movie from AM&B by this title shows these beauties in all their glory. Perhaps not. In any case, this was intended for the Mutoscope, the company's. Peep show machine. Many of these titles promised something racy to their audiences. Few of them delivered.
