Sex & Nudity

  • Lots of the women wear little clothing that reveal lots of skin and cleavage.

Violence & Gore

  • Since it is a wresling show there is lots of wrestling punching and kicking.
  • There are moments when the show gets graphic and bloody (usually the stuff which did not air on UPN or MyNetworkTV).

Profanity

  • Much like with Raw, SmackDown has had fair share of language used, but it depended during the eras the WWE has had. Since SmackDown aired on terrestrial TV at the time of the 'Attitude'' and "Ruthless Aggression" eras, the Language was less frequent then on Raw and PPVs and stronger words were always bleeped out (SmackDown has always had a TV-PG rating).
  • Like super graphic "Bey," it depends. The uncensored versions are rife with hard R-rated language uncensored, some nudity, and possibly some very graphic violence (more than "Bey" of course). Not for kids. The edited versions (TV-14) are still not for kids.
  • WWE channel airings (as WWE has their own channel) and Cinemax of this UPN show, content warnings: rated TV-MA-DLSV for violence (V), graphic language (GL), and adult content (AC). Sometimes the more graphic episodes have graphic violence (GV) instead of just violence (V), and the more sexually explicit episodes have strong sexual content (SSC) and nudity (N). Not for kids (the uncensored version or even the edited TV version).

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • "Stone Cold" Steve Austin would usually appear in the show drinking Broken Skull IPA beer.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The Fiend Bray Wyatt can be very scary to young children, and even older ones. He has supernatural powers and can appear and disappear in the dark. He is usually coming out when the lights go out. During Firefly Funhouse segments the Fiend can "hack" the show and his horrifying mask can be shown. His move frequently makes the other wrestlers pass out. He was released recently so he is no longer on the show.
