Incorrectly regarded as goofs
Simpal Cindy's eyes close when Gibson tells her to sleep. When he picks her up and brings her to the house, there is a shot of her eyes opened, but it's possible that the eye servos don't lock closed in sleep mode. Sloppy design, but not a goof.
In the car chase, Gibson's car loses a rim, which is visible in the next shot.
Nearly every exterior shot alternates between raining and not.
During Dr. Weir's press conference at the beginning, Drucker puts the microphone down twice in successive shots.
After Adam has broken the TV screen in the police station, he leaves the room behind the screen and shuts the door. When Marshall and the police officers come in a few seconds later, they look through the broken screen and the door is open. In the next shot, you see Adam running away from the door, and now it's closed again.
When Gibson wedges the chair under the door handle in the holding cell, the seat cushion is facing up. The same is the case in a later scene when Marshall tries to force the door open. After Gibson escapes through the screen, the cops break in, sending the chair flying. In this shot, the seat is positioned with the cushion down.
The cloning machines are able to duplicate things that are not genetic, like the state of muscle development. This is presumably part of the syncording process.
Fingerprints cannot be cloned. They are something that changes with each individual due to individual stresses during development in the womb. For example, identical twins will each have their own unique fingerprints despite sharing the same DNA. While scars and birthmarks are shown to be replicated, each and every insignificant factor would randomize and alter any attempt to replicate the print making it different. That alone would identify a clone through the many finger scanners in the film. However, it is clear that just like how they found a way to make cloning humans possible in the first place, they also found a way to clone fingerprints.
The memory recorder displays only visions, not thoughts. If it displayed thoughts, the villains would have known that the other Gibson was behind the clone in the helicopter/jet other than by the reflection in the glass. However, this doesn't necessarily mean the thoughts weren't recorded, only that they either chose not to display them or couldn't come up with a good way to display them.
Helicopters with one rotor could be unstable because of torque, but these use exhaust vents on the left of the tail to counter that.
When Gibson's clone is captured and Drucker convinces him that he is indeed the clone, and it can be proven by viewing the dots under the left eyelid, Drucker demonstrates this by pulling down his right eyelid, and Gibson's clone does the same in front of the mirror. However, it can safely be assumed that the dots are on the inside of both eyelids.
When Adam lands his whisper craft on the roof of the building, a security guard comes out to stop him. Adam provides his clearance to be there by presenting him with the contract he signed earlier in the movie. When the guard looks at it, you can clearly see that none of the lines are filled out.
When Adam falls off the cliff, his right leg remains straight the entire way down indicating that the stunt person had a cable attached to their leg.
Helicopter pilots always sit in the right seat, unlike captains of fixed-wing aircraft, who always sit in the left seat.
The rear-view mirror of Hank's Chevy pickup has been removed.
It's a bit odd that with all their cloning technology it appears that a cure for baldness has yet to be found. Several characters are bald who would have been likely to have taken the cure if it was available.
When Hank is in the virtual chair, the reverse angle shots show his lips moving, but no words are heard.
Right at the beginning of Drucker's speech about cloning, after Dr. Weir's speech, the audio starts before his mouth starts to move. In the very next shot of Drucker, the audio and video are correct again.
Equipment is visible during an exterior shot (reflection in window) of the truck that Adam and Hank are riding in from Adam's house to his work.
When Adam is grabbing on to the fence hanging down the cliff, you can see a carabiner attached to the fence.
When "clone" Adam first arrives home with SimPal Cindy, he's wearing his wedding ring and gets his house keys out of his pocket.
The computer screen at the police station says "OVERIDE" instead of "OVERRIDE".
The hit man's ID spells it "MILLENIUM" with one N, though the correct spelling ("MILLENNIUM") shows up later at the company.
