Sex & Nudity

  • In the introduction to Oto Island, two topless elderly women are seen on the beach. Breasts are clearly seen, but no nipples.

Violence & Gore

  • The beginning scene shows a man who is stuck underneath rubble of a destroyed city, he is bruised and has blood on his face. Dead, bloody corpses surround him. The man picks up an arm and puts it down. A dead body lying right next to him has a hole in his head.
  • Many people in a hospital are burnt and bloody, some have bandages. Most of them are dead or dying. Some children are crying and dead, doctors have radiation gauges and the children are shown to be exposed to excess radiation.
  • Boats are being destroyed by mysterious blasts and sink. A couple crew members of a boat wash up on Odo island, they have bruises and burns, they die later.
  • A small village on Odo island is destroyed. Loud noises are heard. A helicopter is thrown into the water.
  • Godzilla appears and destroys Japanese cities, mainly Tokyo. Godzilla destroys buildings and bridges, he is also shown destroying a boat and sinking it.
  • Tanks, planes, and military personal are used against Godzilla, but they are no match.
  • A scientist creates a weapon dubbed the "Oxygen Destroyer", he tests it on a tank full of fish. The fish dissolved into skeletons.

  • The Oxygen Destroyer is used on Godzilla underwater, Godzilla's body dissolves into a skeleton and then the skeleton dissolves into nothing.
  • In order for the military to not use the Oxygen Destroyer for other uses, the scientist kills himself after he kills Godzilla.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The scientist's death is unsettling.
