Fantastic visual master piece

Its is rare to say that a film has greatness, but this has to be one of the best short films I've seen. I had the pleasure in watching it late night on C4. I thought Page 73 was an extraordinary, beautifully shot short film. Haunting Visual cinematography as Jeff Darling is a well known DOP

This has got to be one of the Top 10 movies regardless of its running time at 40 minutes. Great Acting The story rotates around Danny Boy and his dream girl at a petrol station.

Very emotionally driven script which covers a wide range of story telling "What Love is" Fantastic cast crew. I wish C4 repeat this film again as its a masterful wonderful film. A Beautiful wonderful film.

10/10

a gem of black and white poetry

Page 73 is an extraordinary short movie on the power of dreaming and the archetype of the quest for love. Excellent black and white photography, excellent direction by Jeff Darling and superb acting by the whole cast, it is a must see. It reminded me of the best Fellini, but it is such an original movie that it is characterised by its own aesthetics.

The story revolves around a petrol station where Danny boy, the main character, is employed. Danny likes to dream, in a claustrophobic world that does not fit him. Sometimes dreams can generate frustration, sometimes they trigger revolutions. It's all in Danny's eyes.
