Zoboo realizes that plants and trees are as alive as all the creatures he meets in Animal Junction. The Kratt Brothers teach the lemur that plants grow well if they get good soil, lots of sunlight and enough water.

The kratts show up with the parts of a invisible machine and they meet Brainiac a chimp who plays and hits Zoboo on the head with a hammer and toothbrush the elephant makes a guest appearance on the show

It's an "udderly" strange day at animal junction. Cows are in the house and Zoboo learns how to milk them.

Zoboo and the Kratt Brothers find a snakeskin but it doesn't fit the anaconda in the pool, the rattlesnake sunning itself by the window or even the Burmese python. Finally, Zoboo discovers the owner--a trans-pecos rat snake

Animal Junction is invaded by creatures of the human variety. Zoboo tries his hand at being human and even spends a day at school.

Inspired by a comic book hero, Zoboo becomes a Super Lemur with a little assistance from Muscles and Muscley, two black bears. After Zoboo rescues some kittens, the Kratt Brothers travel to India to find other heroes in the creature world.

Two Siberian tiger cubs arrive in Animal Junction and pounce on every ball in sight as they practice their hunting skills. Zoboo and the Kratt Brothers visit a place where lots of tigers live - India.

It's the Zoboomafoo "Power Hour." Some of the guests include an English mastiff, Snowstorm the snow leopard and Toothbrush the elephant. Martin and Kris also visit India to see up close one of the world's most infamous "Powerhouses" the Bengal tiger.

With the help of the Kratt Brothers and Toothbrush the elephant, Zoboo learns how animals communicate with each other. While Zoboo answers some of the letters sent in by kids, Martin and Chris go to India to find out how animals talk to each other in the wild.

After meeting a flying fox fruit bat and a duck, Zoboo wants to fly, too, so the Kratt Brothers build him a pair of wings. Zoboo flies to India with Martin and Chris right behind. On the way, they meet vultures and learn some lessons about flight.

Chris and Martin are setting up a treasure hunt for Zoboo. Animal Junction has a lot of neighbors and one is the red fox. They are the perfect helpers for Zoboo's treasure hunt. The brothers take a trip to India and when they get back, Zoboo has some creature treasures from Madagascar for them to meet.

The Kratt brothers have each other for "Buddies," but there are also many creatures in the wild that have buddies to help each other survive. They have symbiotic relationships. Some examples are clown fish and sea anemones, ox pecker and rhinos, and langer monkeys and cheedle deer.

Brainiac the chimp and Lost and Found the Labrador retriever want to do something together that they both will enjoy. At last Zoboo comes up with a game that they both can play, chasing after balls. Animals have feelings, just like people; they just have different ways of showing them.

A big storm is coming and many creatures are heading for cover including Zoboo and two very playful and not so scary Grizzly cubs.

Animal Junction has some super-clawed visitors. Zoboo wants some claws of his own to help him open his pinata. The Kratts go to Africa in search of super-clawed creatures.

The Kratt Brothers are taking care of a human baby and a baby red kangaroo, and Zoboo wants to help the two babies grow. Martin and Chris explain that all creatures grow, but to do so they need rest, food and play.

Zoboo invites a wolverine to live with him in Animal Junction, only to realize that there's not enough space for his new pal. Wild creatures need room to roam.

Zoboo and the Kratt brothers find a baby hedgehog who needs a family. After trying out various surrogate families- lions, lizards, deer and even Zoboo himself- 'Hose-nose the Hedgehog' finally finds the perfect family! Then, the Martin and Chris tell Zoboo all about types of families, what makes them different and what they all have in common.

Water covers most of the Earth, but Zoboo and the Kratt brothers are having a hard time finding it in their clubhouse. Chris, Martin and Zoboo discover the ways that animals find and use water in different environments.

Zoboo and the Kratt brothers are learning about the Crocodilia family on this episode of ZOBOOMAFOO. Plus, the Kratt brothers travel back in time to learn about some ancient relatives of moderns animals.

A Gila monster and snow leopard come to visit and the Kratt Brothers turn Animal Junction into both a hot and cold place so Zoboo's friends can stay for a while. After learning from the animals, Martin, Chris and Zoboo figure out how to adapt to living in different climates

It's treasure hunt time in Animal Junction for the Kratt Brothers, Zoboo and all of their creature neighbours. With the help of two fox kits, Zoboo locates the first piece of the puzzle leading them to the treasure.

When an anteater shows up, Zoboo worries that it will eat a colony of ants living in Animal Junction. Zoboo learns that even though anteaters need ants to survive, ants have many ways of protecting themselves from anteaters.

Zoboo spies a salamander larvae and wonders what kind of legs this creature will have once it hatches. Will it have strong legs like a tiger, hundreds of legs like a millipede or long ones like a kangaroo? When the salamander finally emerges, its legs are like nothing Zoboo imagined they would be!

It's time to clean out the closet but the more Zoboo tries to help, the bigger the mess he makes! No sooner is everything back in its place, than some European wild boars and a capuchin monkey mess everything up again. Zoboo has lots of fun learning how animals can be messy and clean in their own way.
