The dentist Luciano (Serafim Gonzalez) has sex after hours with Sonia (Aldine Muller) on the dental chair. Out of the blue, his old friend Marcelo (Roberto Maya) appears in his office with a problem in one tooth, and Luciano invites him to have sex with Sonia, who is actually a call-girl.
