In the scene where David is saying goodbye to Julie, when in the hallway, Julie's hair is straight. However, after David leaves and Julie walks into the next room, her hair is in a permanent.
When David is talking to Mrs. Griffin about her daughter, the hand holding her cigarette changes from shot to shot.
David notices that Michael (the old man living in the shack near the swamp) is wearing a military medal of valor. When seen up close, it's shown to be a Congressional Medal of Honor issued by the United States Army. It's hanging on a simple red, white, and blue striped ribbon around his neck. Oddly, the Congressional Medal of Honor is attached to a heavy blue silk heavy ribbon, not the one shown. Of course, with Michael being a hermit and living in a simple shack, he may have replaced the long blue neck ribbon if it had been damaged or torn.
Humans cannot completely sink in quicksand, it's a myth.
When the Hulk throws the bear backwards and the camera pans left, just before the scene cuts to another angle, one can see a man sitting on an egg crate on the lake shore wearing Speedos. He is not a character from the scene and must be part of the production crew. There is also an extra with a blue ripped shirt sitting with a strand of rope.
When the Hulk is fighting the bear, some of the green makeup comes off on the bear in a few shots.
One can see that it's a stunt double for Denny as the Hulk throws him in the log cabin.
When the Hulk is bending over to pull the stump out of the ground, a portion of his lower back not covered with the green makeup is exposed.
When the Hulk throws the bear, it's either a mannequin or a stuntman in a bear suit as the bear's anatomy is very human-like.
When Michael is preparing the chicken for roasting, trying to put it on the rotisserie, he refers to it as a "Cackleberry." A Cackleberry is slang for an egg, not a chicken.
