Sex & Nudity

  • Unlike the generally acclaimed first film, Tony shows deeper physique towards Cholena (a Native-American female rodent), frequently tries to hit on her.
  • A man and a woman are briefly seen kissing while the mice are going through the "Tunnel of Love".
  • Fievel and Tony watches Cholena getting changed in one scene. This can be seen as a reference to sexology, but made more irrelevant as the two mice laugh.
  • On the Mousekewitz's wall shows a painting on a large mouse swimming towards a naked woman (only showing her bare shoulders). This obscene reference of the female figure is shown twice, while in all other shots, it is obscured by having the image cropped off by camera or sometimes having it superimposed by a character.
  • Most of the indigenous dude rodents are shirtless throughout.

Violence & Gore

  • Many scenes contains fighting and harassment. Even references and suggestions of putting other to death are present, as being almost too graphic for a children's movie.
  • The evil Chief Police uses Scuttlebutt as a punching bag several times in this movie.
  • The Indian Chief's backstory on the Lenape faced genocide by the Europeans in one sequence might be too disturbing to some.
  • The evil Cheese Factory Owner orders the evil Chief Police to turn the Indian cave into a burial ground (genocide).
  • The sequence where a flood of angry mob are aftering Cholena might be unsettling to some as the protagonists, Fievel, Tanya, Cholena, and Tony, are pushed, thrown, trampled, and being separated from each other by the mob.

Profanity

  • A racial term "Injun" is used by antagonists several times in the film.
  • One rat is named "Scuttlebutt".
  • Squeamish dialogues, like "out for blood" and "split your noggin", are very uncommon for a kid's movie and might be unsettling to some viewers.
  • In one sequence, a flood of angry mice mob Hellishly raging as they are aftering Cholena, which are heard in forms of racial threats.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Most of the villainous rodents drink wine in a night club. One is briefly seen smoking a pipe.
  • The Indian Chief sniffed at the soup Fievel gave him and describing it as "strong medicine" in a stereotypical accent, which is most likely referred to a "drug".

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • References of racism from the villainous rodents are implied.
  • For a G rated film, it's very questionable for the racially insensitive scenes and suggestive references. Movies with such concepts would have earned a PG or PG-13 rating today.
  • The scene where Fievel and Tony entering an underground tunnel with skeletal corpses (a result of genocide aftermath) may be too frightening for small children.

Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Sex & Nudity

  • A buxom Indigenous female rodent flirts with Scuttlebutt in a suggestive nature and is extremely promiscuous. In one shot, she tiptoes behind him, about to "try a little" with him until he is caught stealing and punches him offscreen.

Violence & Gore

  • In a very dark and disturbing sequence, a mouse gets bludgeoned by evil Police thugs after demanding a raise, leaving him unconscious and bruised (although he can be seen during the ending with the other factory-working mice as having recovered).
  • The final climax in this movie is really disturbing. Scuttlebutt slams Tony against the wall by having him traumatized as he wiggles for help, until Tanya comes to his aid and punches Scuttlebutt in the kisser. The evil Police Chief threatens to burn Fievel with a torch (subjected to verbal child abuse), but Fievel fights back by biting the evil Police in the arm and stomps on his feet. Both of the antagonists are vanquish as they fell in hole by a flood.
  • In another shocking moment, a mouse was about to be mutilated by a meat grinder while being framed as an enemy in a climax until Tiger comes to his rescue.
  • In one scene, the evil Chief Police and his men Hellishly cornered Cholena, as they attempt to have her slain with Billy clubs, until Fievel and Tony, sliding down on a clothes line, subdued the evil Police men by slamming a window on them and saved the young maiden.
  • The evil Police Chief Hellishly vandalize the Lenape home as he, his men, and Scuttlebutt came to slay the Lenape Mice, until Fievel and the Lenape mice take action and fight the antagonists with fruit.
