Mysteries, Magic and Miracles

On the face of it its entertaining as science fiction but a waste of time when presented with factual errors. The host wavers between historical accounts and mixtures of falsehoods that make one laugh rather than take it seriously. Vlad the impaler was not a vampire or a werebat, for example but he was a historical ruler. The host melds the two statements as if speaking to tourists.

In the 1990's I watched this tv show on cable television on The Sci Fi Channel. It was one channel that I watched a lot in those days, because it showed some great science fiction movies and television programmes.

One of those tv series I watched was MYSTERIES, MAGIC AND MIRACLES.

The expects who made this series, certainly knew there topic, and knew how to produce a bizarre chiller of a weekly tv show with powerful effect.

It was Patrick MacNee's strong screen presence and his distinctive voice that made this show watchable and enjoyable.

He had a good team of fellow presenters, who were experts in this odd phenomenon.
