Although Czechoslovakia (where Jim says Nadia is from) ceased to exist as a country in 1993, Americans sometimes use the name in discussing Czechy or Slovakia, the two countries it split into.
The position of the camera on the computer goes from a tight shot on the bed to a wide shot of the room.
When Nadia removes her clothes, she is shown to be wearing a pair of bikini-style panties. However, when she removes the underwear a few minutes later, it is clearly a thong.

While bragging to his friends in the locker room, Stifler says that girl called him and asked for his number. While he may very well be lying, it makes no sense for someone to call someone and ask for their number as having their number is clearly a requirement for calling them.
Jim's Dad tells Jim he will leave the porn 'books' in Jim's drawer, but they are magazines, not books.
