Recently purchased the Photo Drama of Creation and it is excellent. Not up to modern standards so I had to keep reminding myself this was 1914 and to be able to digitally remake it from film that old and to do it so well is in itself remarkable. This also shows how much Jehovah has opened the spiritual eyes or his slave class and how much clearer Bible understanding is today. We've really come a long way and have so much to look forward to. This can help you appreciate Jehovah has an earthly organization that has always been and will always be a step ahead of anything this old, dying world has to offer. This is a remarkable piece of our spiritual heritage.

What is the Photo-Drama of Creation about?

For it's time, the photo-drama was an amazing achievement. Not only Hand painted slides but moving pictures with synchronised sound, telling the story of the Bible, revealing the personal name of God, Jehovah, explaining why we are here and God's purpose for the earth. It tells about the lives of faithful ones like Abraham and Moses, who worshipped their Creator, and the life and ministry of the greatest man whoever lived, Christ Jesus, and why he gave his life for humanity. Way before Hollywood. Shown for a time to over 9 million people in many nations worldwide, another feat in itself. Saw it as a teenager in the 1950s. Amazing. Today Jehovah's Witnesses are also using the latest technology, making movies and videos for all age groups and even for skeptics and those without belief in God.

    • Trivia
At least 20 four-part sets were prepared, making it possible for a part of the "Photo-Drama" to be shown in 80 different cities each day. It was a real challenge to fill those 80 engagements. Train schedules were not always convenient. Congregations could not always rent exhibition locations on the desired dates. Yet, by the end of 1914, the "Photo-Drama" had been presented to audiences totaling over 9,000,000 in North America, Europe, and Australia.
