A good way to end the arc

Eiji Takanaka is a B Level hacker who has been accepted into EX. However, before his first day on the job, he becomes embroiled in a network war, a legendary figure named EVE, and a plot to re-inhabit the Earth.

I will admit even though as a protagonist I do still prefer Shogo Yahagi as a protagonist for the Megazone 23 series. However, Eiji was definitely a good replacement and I am glad he was given his own hot shot personality and character traits rather than just copying Shogo to a T. I am also glad they didn't ignore the events of the previous 2 films.

Another thing I do like is that they gave Eve a much lager role compared to the first two films as she was just basically an AI.

The animation was still good as ever. The music was still epic.

Much like with the previous two parts if you're going to watch it dubbed please watch the ADV dub for a constancy since they also dubbed the parts before it and B. As the old Manga UK dub wasn't very good plus it made no sense as to why they even bothered licensing this? Even the streamline dub of the first part by contrast was still better anyway enough about that.

Other characters I did like were Ryo Narahara as she was hot and was more likeable then Yui from the second part. I also liked some of Eiji's other friends.

All in all while do prefer the first two parts, this ova was still a good way to wrap up the story and it didn't deserve the hate it got.
