When a rocket-launcher is launched towards a metallic-storage room, it explodes and bursts into flames. The pre-transformed insect-humanoid creature is caught on fire and struggles to briefly transforms back to his human-self, before finally dying, succumbing to his injuries.

A woman fires a M202 rocket-launcher at two Kamen Riders in the midst of fighting, one flies in the nick of time but the other isn't as lucky, and explodes to his death.

One Kamen Rider's transformation requires him to peel his human face off to reveal his true grasshopper-humanoid like identity.

Yeah, as I've mentioned, this is one gory film. Kicks result in people spitting blood numerous of times.

When people are shot, their wounds are not seen as they tend to conceal the wound but blood spurts out in numerous volumes. Though we know it's not very realistic blood, it does resemble the color of fruit punch.

The installment is going down to be almost the most bloodiest, most intense and creepiest Kamen Rider transformations ever. Imagine 'Attack on Titan' combined with Kamen Rider but without the giants.

It's really a horrific sight, but adult fans will appreciate the creep factor this 1992 re-imagining has to offer.
