True, this is basically only six segments of the mandatory fifteen minutes in and out linked with some pseudo serious sci-fi ish stuff. However, it works. Personally, I could do without most of the fat man links, all attempts at making this a serious enterprise and most if not all of the attempts at humour, although I'm rather taken with the men's costumes. Apart from a fat lady and dwarf spectator, these are in fact the only concessions to the 'freaks' in the title and I rather prefer the men disguised as giant flies or skeletons to the hairy backed, pot bellied, flaccid skinned or six pack gay look so often encountered in this delightful business. Anyway, the main thing is apart from the aforementioned reservations, this really kicks. The girls are either the best actresses in the world or are really getting into this stuff as they seem vigorously enthusiastic and whilst there is the usual pouting at the camera, there is some most convincing dirty sex on view. Very well shot, extremely sexy and most effective!
