It's a cartoon version of a travelogue for some vacation spot, possessed of every natural attraction the tourist seeking peace could wish for. This being a cartoon, however, I seek funny gags, and while Sid Marcus' abilities as a cartoonist are assured, the gag writing is weak and corny, with the exception of one that loos like it is stolen from Doctor Seuss, and the final joke.
This was the issue with Columbia's cartoons at this point: all the technical skills needed to produce a fine cartoon, but not that much fun.
