Tyra Banks couldn't be more excited for Life-Size 2, the sequel to her beloved 2000 Disney film. On Wednesday, it was announced that the sequel will air in December 2018 on Disney Channel's sister network, Freeform.

ABC’s Designated Survivor resumed its freshman run on Wednesday night with 5.9 million total viewers and a 1.3 rating, up a tenth in the demo from its eternity-ago midseason finale.
Entering the back half of its season, it should be noted, Dez is ABC’s No.3-rated drama, behind Grey’s and Scandal.
On the sitcom side, Goldbergs (5.7 mil/1.7), Speechless (5 mil/1.5) and Modern Family (6.3 mil/1.9) were all down a tenth — with the latter dipping to an all-time demo low, just as contract talks are heating up — while black-ish (5.1 mil/1.4) slipped two tenths.

This week on Toddlers & Tiaras, episode The One to Beat sees Cambrie’s Court versus Top Model’s Amanda and Nisa. And it’s a total diss-fest as Amanda and Nisa discuss their disdain for their competition. “Some people are okay with mediocrity…that’s not me. We’re just allergic to them [Cambrie’s Court],” sniffs Nisa. Coach Amanda brags about what a great dancer she was and says: “I stopped competing when I was 18 years old…I think I helped change pageants.” She also sings the praises of her trainer Nisa, saying: “What makes Top Model’s so amazing and different is that we all work as a...read more...

Lest you forget how much he's been tearing up the dance floor! Dancing with the Stars breakout Nyle Dimarco once again won over the crowd on Monday's show - but he took a little heat from the judges. After last week's standout performance, the deaf America's Top Model star said he was aware he would be on everyone's radar this week. "I knew that a lot of the competitors were looking at me as somebody getting the sympathy card, and I made them realize I'm actually a dancer," he said during a rehearsal segment. He also got a visit from his mom during training, and said that she taught him he "could do anything.

"America's Next Top Model" is the latest show to be saved from cancellation hell. VH1 is picking up the reality series, which was axed by The CW after 22 seasons.
"Top Model" will return for a 14-episode new season, but for the first time, without host Tyra Banks. She will stay on as an executive producer alongside Ken Mok, who runs the show. VH1 said they wanted "Top Model" to be "reinvented for a new generation."
"After creating an incredible, global brand, I am beyond excited to have the show reborn," Banks said in a statement. "I will continue as Executive Producer, but must turn my attention to new business endeavors, so I want to find a new host. I'm pumped to identify that person and bring back the show. Top Model fans, you demanded that the show come back, and VH1 answered the call. Get ready for a fierce-a-fied rebirth!

As I predicted last week, Olivia fully regretted encouraging Mellie to bare her soul, especially when her thoughts about Fitz’s affair — she said Olivia freed her and finally gave her “space” — turned out to be highly unpublishable. But once Liv got a little several mason jars of liquor in her, she was able to rewrite the presidential hopeful’s history with a slightly more empowering angle.

A wise woman named Sheryl Crow once said, “a change will do you good.” For Irene, a pretty 23-year old-ish artistically inclined misfit, it’s as simple as a haircut.
A scathing critique of the modeling industry as a search for belonging and friendship turns into an absurd and at times cringe-inducing comedy, Chemical Cut is a fresh feature written, directed, edited and staring Marjorie Conrad, a former contestant on America’s Top Model. Parodying a world where artists and models are expected to work for free — often in uncomfortable, morally compromising positions for a “resume item” — the parody emerges into a disturbing psychological drama as Irene is pushed to the brink.

Tyra, is that you? Supermodel/mogul Banks is bringing a little bit of glamour - and a whole lot of chaos! - when she guest stars on an upcoming episode of ABC's hit show, black-ish. In "Plus Two Isn't a Thing," Banks will play Gigi, a childhood friend of Andre (Anthony Anderson), who grew up to be an international pop star, but still acts like the goofy kid that Dre grew up with. Her close relationship with Andre causes some tension between him and Bow (Tracee Ellis Ross), who finds herself feeling left out whenever Dre and Gigi get together.
