Better than expected

i have been a fan of Charles Cullen ever since i saw his TV show. my friend happened to be in the same bar as him one nite and asked him for an autograph to give to me. with the autograph, he also gave her this film. i was ecstatic!! so my boyfriend and i popped the tape in. he'd seen the TV show too and expected the movie to be full of silly songs about chickens. he couldn't have been more wrong! it's a story about an outlaw from the old west who, just before being hung at the gallows, travels in time (via Tequila worm) to the present and with his posse becomes a country singing sensation. on the way they murder people of course, being that's what all outlaws do. but Reno Sanchez wasn't alone when he traveled through time. the Lawman and the Hangman are following him in hot pursuit to get their revenge on him. the film is shot entirely in Roanoke, VA (well, near it anyways). it's a bloody and gruesome and full of laughs. but beware, you'll have the song "High Noon" stuck in your head for days after.

i totally recommend this movie. and i myself am looking forward to seeing more of Cullen's work.
