Around the 4 1/2 minute mark a woman gropes the lead characters crotch, he is not into it.

A car crashes during another race and its tire nearly hits people in the stands (by falling from the sky). Other cars then also crash during the race (with some going way off the course and one into some nearby water).

A character mouths (and possibly quietly says) the "f" word in one scene. Beyond that, there's at least 1 "s" word, 9 hells, 7 damns, 6 asses, 2 S.O.B.s, 1 crap, 2 uses each of "G-damn," "God" and "Oh my God," and 1 use each of "For Christ's sakes" and "Jesus" as exclamations.
