Kikunosuke's clothes are constantly torn during fights or by the numerous antagonists in the OVAs. She is nearly raped twice.

One of the teachers french kisses Kikunosuke with his long tongue, becoming her first kiss. It's disgusting and not erotic in the slightest.

Kikunosuke's friend Yukiko is held prisoner by the teachers and stripped down to a blue-coloured camisole and panties. She remains like this for the last two episodes of the OVAs. It's also implied that they've raped her.

After it's revealed that Kikunosuke is a girl, her three brothers and father lust after her. They sexually harass her in many ways, including spying on her while she changes clothes, making lewd comments and suggesting lingerie for her to wear.

One of Kikunosuke's brothers begins to get vivid dreams of her naked or wearing lingerie and feeling desire for him. There's some nudity in these dreams and fantasies. In a lust-filled craze he travels all the way to the school, talking to himself about the dirty things he has planned for her.

After she speaks up during an assembly, one of the teachers asks Yukiko if she wants to be "raped or murdered".

Numerous upskirt shots of Kikunosuke's thick thighs and panties whenever she's fighting someone.

A poster of a nude woman on all-fours is seen behind one of the beds in the Abashiri brothers' room. It lingers on-camera for a few seconds.

A schoolgirl admits her love for another schoolgirl and they kiss for a brief moment onscreen.

Frequent graphic/bloody violence from fights, explosions and murders. A lot of it is stylized and cartoony, which diminishes the full impact.

One of the Abashiri brothers is able to catch bullets with his bare fingers and fling them back at the shooters. He hits some of them in various parts of their bodies, including a few headshots.

One of the Abashiris pokes a woman up her anus, causing her to vomit blood and bleed from many points on her body. Presented as more comical than gruesome.

The students stage a rebellion and many of them die on-screen through decapitations, being burnt to a crisp or being hacked by swords.

References to torture and violent rape are made throughout the OVA. In one scene, a mountain of skulls (implied to be students murdered by the teachers) can be seen for several seconds.

The subtitles contain a lot of strong profanities including 'f**k', 's**t', 'bastards', 'b****', etc.

Based on a manga by the notorious Japanese artist Go Nagai, so expect A LOT of nudity, graphic violence, foul language and messed up characters. The OVA mainly focuses on a troubled tough girl who has to survive a school run by murderous psychopathic rapists. It's mainly played for laughs but the content would be offensive to people not used to anime like this.

The implied or attempted rapes, along with the blatant incest moments, are quite offensive since the OVA rarely vilifies them.
