- There's a side plot between a man and woman getting involved. Scenes of kissing between these characters.
- Woman sits on a man's lap in a vehicle before they kiss.
- A man asks a woman to try on a dress for him. She begins undress as the man watches, but the man stops her and them embrace. No nudity.
- Nyah wears a black dress that exposes a lot of cleavage.
- Side breast is visible in a flash during the trying on dress scene. Lead female is not wearing a bra in horse Track scene and nipple outlines are very clear.
- Nyah and Ethan end up in a bathtub, when trying to hide. She rolls over on top of him. She is wearing a black dress that reveals substantial cleavage. A lot of innuendo and flirting.
Violence & Gore

- An extended car chase with gunfire, crashes, and explosions.

- The film is based on a deadly virus called Chimera. A man is shown suffering from the effects of the virus, which is somewhat gruesome.
- A man has his neck broken.
- A plane crashes and all passengers are killed.
- An extensive gun battle takes place, many are shot, killed, etc.
- Ambrose tortures Stamp by threatening to cut his finger off with a cigar-cutter. Eventually he cuts just the absolute tip of the finger, blood is briefly seen, Stamp gasps in pain, and then the scene cuts. And later on, Stamp has a bandage over his finger, blood is shown only once, but for a majority of the film, there isn't any blood.
- Many people are punched, kicked, etc.
- A 3-5 minute fight involving guns and fists near the end of the film. Very little blood.

- The almost constant violence may be intense for some viewers.

- The final fight between Ethan and Ambrose is very brutal.

Violence & Gore
- There's an intense motorcycle chase where some bad guys die, and this leads to a brutal final fight in which Ethan is slashed with a knife several times, and Ambrose is hit in the head with a rock and shot.
- Nyah injects herself, leaving a mark where the injection has taken place.
- Ambrose accidentally kills one of his own men.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Towards the end, Ethan tricks Ambrose into killing Stamp.
