- Mara visits Pierre's room and makes it clear she wants to sleep with him. The scene ends with them embracing.

- Pierre injures his hand badly and is seen limping away from the huge gears that harmed it, with his hand badly bleeding. He passes out and wakes with a metal hand covering what remains of his real hand, informed by Nemo that there was no way to save his hand.
- A man is badly electrocuted and almost killed when he tries to cross to a forbidden part of the ship; we see him yelling and moving spasmodically on the floor. Afterwards he's shown badly burned.
- A man badly hurts himself while trying to save his ship, resulting in a severely burned hand.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- One of the main characters tries to break free of the submarine more than once and is often injured. He is finally shown in an intense scene breaking the glass of a window on the ship, having lost his reason. The ship floods as a result and he dies quickly afterward.
- A ship explodes with numerous people on it, including one of the female main characters. It's confirmed she didn't survive.
