- There is an intimate and romantic sex scene. The guy is seen rubbing his hand over her genital area over her panties. They begin to undress. He slides off her underwear, revealing a very brief but explicit shot of her vagina. He gets on top of her and they have sex.
- Rachel Weisz is laying naked by the pool. Her breasts are clearly seen for about 2 minutes. A towel covers her genitalia, but it does not cover all her pubic hair. The top of her bush is seen for about 10 seconds.
- Several scenes where nudity is shown and breasts and genitalia is seen
- There is a scene with about 5-6 persons sitting or playing around a pool. Everyone is naked and you can see several men with full frontal nudity, a couple women lying face down (buttocks seen, and one woman full frontal from a distance.
- In one scene, Lucy is sitting in a bathtub with a writing desk in front of her. She lifts up her arm to put something on a shelf above and behind her, so you can see her breasts.
- There is a extended scene where Lucy is being drawn by an artist, and she lowers one side of her dress to reveal one of her breasts. There are several shots of her sitting there, and shots of different men noticing.
- There is a scene where a woman, is sitting naked next to a swimming pool, her entire front is almost visible
- A woman lifts up her dress, squats and urinates on the floor while she implies that the man standing there likes "golden showers".
- A brief scene where a woman is flirting with a man and begins to remove her dress. you see the side of her breast and her bottom as she turns and runs behind a hedge, the man follows.
- There are several sexual episodes in the movie that include people kissing, pressing against each other, the mans hand up the woman's skirt, a man thrusting behind a woman, etc. During these there is little nudity shown. There is also a fair amount of dialog about sex, losing virginity, etc.

- A brief scene shows a man shouting at and violently throwing his girlfriend onto a bed. She attempts to fight him off, followed by forceful thrusting shots/sounds. No nudity is shown. Later this scene is suggested (though not confirmed) to have been an incident of rape.
- A woman is forced into a sexual act (raped), her vocal and facial expressions are very uncomfortable to watch.
- One short scene where a young man is trying to seduce a young woman and she says she can't - he continues to press and she has to almost fight him off. Fairly mild but may bother some people.

- Lucy loses her virginity to a boy that loves her at the movie's ending. It is a longer, slow scene with glimpses of her breasts and exposed lower body.
