A drug lord's prison connections make this a dangerous and deadly assignment for undercover FBI agent Danielle Peters.

An FBI agent goes undercover in a women's prison to find evidence hidden by a drug dealer's ex-girlfriend. After she is taken off the case, she finds that the drug dealer has kidnapped her daughter. She enlists the help of one of her prison guards, and together they take on the drug dealer's mob.—Ace69 <twoaces@geocities.com>

Two not very pretty but wiry muscled black inmates are playing ping-pong indoors. One starts a fight, by calling the other a cheater (FRANCINE MORRIS, CYNTHIA PROUDER). It's a long kick-boxing fight, to divert the other inmates' and the guards' attention from a three-on-one attack led by the queen-bee. They push the ping-pong table away at the start of their fight, and exchange punches and kicks, at close quarters and at long range, then they tumble to the floor, wrestling in a heap, only to stand up and continue fighting like championship kick-boxers. They are both good, as they manage to endure it for quite a while.

Meanwhile, the Queen-Bee Zelda (TRISHA BERDOT) armed with a knife, corners Sara Sands (STEPHANIE ANN SMITH), a girl who keeps to herself and her books, and menaces her in the basement. It is not clear if Zelda is after Sara's body, as she rips her tunic open, saying "I'm going to have you," or if she's only menacing her for other reasons. Sara tries to fight back, but she's outnumbered, as Zelda is escorted by Dottie (DOT JONES), a curly haired giantess, and a brunette, Rosario (ROSARIO).

Danielle Peters (WENDI WESTBROOK) is a competent fighter, and she's not afraid of Zelda and her henchgirls. She happens to see the goings on, and interferes, knocking down the three women, one by one. Yet she too, would be outnumbered and beaten, when the guards arrive, and separate the fighters.

Wincott, an Amazon guard (TAMMY NEWBOLD) conducts a body search on Danielle when she's in the shower room with Sara, both naked. The pretext of searching for drugs is exposed by Sara, so Wincott gets angry, and is going to abuse her outside, then she seems to change her idea, and asks for information Sara is holding from everybody. Tina (BARBARA NIVEN), a blonde guard with ponytail, insults the big guard, and twists her arm behind her back, with no reaction.

Danielle is transferred to Sara's cell, under orders of the director, and tries to make Sara talk about her secret. Sara was the girlfriend of an important drug lord, Carlos Vega (K. PHILIP ANTHONY)... Danielle receives Jerry (JON ASHER), in her first conjugal visit... She's an undercover FBI agent, and is trying to get information on Carlos Vega, through his former girlfriend.

Sara, Danielle, and a disheveled blonde, Margareth 'Maggie' Murphy (CINDER ZURFLUSH) are transferred to another prison in a small open wagon, with just a male driver, and a female guard, Tina. They are ambushed in a desert road, by two women faking an accident. While the driver tries to help a leather clad woman, Slash (TAYLOR LEIGH, former porn star), laying on the road, the other shoots the radio equipment in the police wagon, but Tina shoots her in the belly before she kills her. The leather clad woman is fastest than the police driver, and shoots him, then there's an impasse, after a short shoot-out between Tina and the gang moll, and another female gangster. Margareth is shot in cold blood, then Danielle catches the pistol the dead moll let fall on the wagon's floor, and shoots at the two female bandits, taking one down.

Two male bikers arrive, and Tina manages to start the wagon, and escape, while Danielle and the gang moll shoot it out. Sara dies in the crossfire. Tina doesn't trust Danielle, and forces her to walk in handcuffs, and doesn't give her a gun, when they must leave the wagon and walk to a telephone booth.

The bikers lost the fugitives, and Carlos is mad at them, especially at his moll, Slash. The two men kidnap Jessica (MIA LEIGH), Danielle's daughter. The idea is to exert pressure on her, as hey suppose she knows Sara's secret. Danielle is put off the case by her FBI superior.

At home, Danielle is attacked by Slash and a male biker. Slash proposes a deal, Jessica's life for two weeks without Carlos' arrest - the time he needs to escape the US. Suddenly, Tina erupts into the bedroom, and fights with Slash, who prefers to flee in her bike. The male thug is taken apart by Danielle, and falls hard on his head, down a staircase, and dies.

Tina and Danielle, now good friends, make a team to investigate on their own time, trying to find Jessica without the FBI's interference. They enter one of Carlos' warehouses, after jumping a wall (out of camera), and entering the building ("keep out" sign, on an unlocked door...). There'a only one guard, and he's too taken with a strip show by one girl, to notice the two policewomen. When they're on their way out, they are surprised by two big men, and they have to fight, one on one, knocking the men out. Then, Danielle's head officer appears - and he's raging mad, for they are investigating against his orders, and they've downed two of his men.

Danielle decides to engage a black model, Jennifer Springer (SAI TYLER), to her help. Carlos runs a fashion house as a front for his covert operations, so her modeling job, and her luscious figure, may find her an easy access to Carlos house.

When the time comes for the showdown, the girls go in. Tina dispatches two guards, but Slash surprises her, and knocks her out, without a fight. Carlos gets suspicious of Danielle and Jenniffer, and arrests them, too. Carlos doesn't seem to be a good strategist: he doesn't extract information by brute force from the three girls he has at his disposal now, nor does he use Jessica to trade that information. He sends Slash up to the middle of the party, carrying Tina in front of her at gun point, and leaves one of his henchmen to "play" with Jennifer, with the expected result that Danielle goes after him.

Tina attacks Slash who had been taunting her since they first met. They get into a climactic fight by a swimming pool, made of karate punches and kicks, that lasts long enough for the FBI to arrive, and start a shoot-out with Carlos' bodyguards. Tina and Slash clash in a bear-hug and fall into the pool, where they go on fighting, until Tina manages to drown Slash underwater, killing her.

Danielle finds Carlos holding her child, about to kill her, and hesitates. Jessica (possibly the actual daughter of the mean Slash, both Leigh's!) thumps her right foot hard on the man's foot, so he's disturbed, and gives her mother a chance to jump on him. They fight, and the mother wins. She's about to deliver a karate killing blow to his undefended heart, when Tina arrives and stops her from becoming a murderess.
