- Some shootouts, occassional blood, but nothing out of the norm for an action (as well as comedy) movie.

- Non-stop use of the F-word, and some of the most memorable is when sergeant Cooper is mad. It almost feels like one of those angry dad videos.
- Some very crude humor. Not the most R-rated movie (especially it not being hard R) but not for kids to see either. Some of which happens when Cooper is upset.

- A hood action-comedy movie so some scenes are going to be intense, but this movie is mild. It's a comedy so it's not scary.

- Cooper hits hit a table with a baton once (in the beginning), but into the movie, he hits another again several times, and when Doctor Dre touches his badge, he goes wild and destroys the precinct (half literally, half figuratively). It's mostly comical but not for kids. It's quite brutal, but it's mostly for laughs.
