The relative coexistence of the human world, demon world and beast world is soon to be disrupted by The Overfiend, an immensely powerful demon who'll be reborn after 3000 years to remake the world to his own liking.

Legend has it that three dimensions form the world we know: the Human World, the World of Man-Beasts, and the World of Monster Demons. Every 30 centuries, the Overfiend awakens and possesses a human host to usher in an era of destruction by merging the three domains into a twisted new realm of otherworldly excitement. However, this new world is a terrifying place rife with unspeakable violence, uncontrollable desires, and supernatural forces beyond human understanding. Can humankind find a way to prevail? The Beginning of The End? Only the Legend of The Overfiend holds the answer. Demons, known as the Machi, have begun appearing in Japan as well as Man-Beasts, known as the Jujinchi. Two siblings of the Jujinchi, Amano and Megumi Jyuko, have come in search of The Overfiend within a young student named Tatsuo Nagumo, a shy lech, who they believe may bring the Jujinchi, the Machi and human race into a promised eternal kingdom based on an old Jujinchi prophecy. Nagumo has begun a relationship with a young cheerleader by the name of Akemi Ito after she is raped by a demon. She begins to understand the circumstances behind Nagumo's destiny. But opponents have begun to conspire against Nagumo, Akemi, and the Jyukos.
