Some sexual activities are between women, in an either romantic or manipulative vein, whereas others are between a man and a woman but with the man being in a position of authority over the woman or with the woman outright being raped; nothing explicit, simulated or otherwise.

Full female nudity is throughout the movie.

There are multiple manners of violence, including women being beaten, knocked out, slapped around or raped, sometimes forced to do humiliating things at gunpoint, and men being shot to death, castrated, stabbed or knocked out. There is some blood, but little gore in general.

In one scene, a woman loudly shrieks or screams after brief cutaway shot of the hallway outside of the room that she is in, when as by implication, a full-body cavity search is carried out on her. It's left unclear as to what exactly was the cause of the severe pain, but the women's captors are revealed to be at least somewhat sadistic.
