Many people were driving on the second deck when the earthquake caused the cars to crash and the third deck collapsed and crushed many cars with people in them underneath and killed most of them. However there are some survivors 2 kids a girl and a boy who later had his leg cut off. And Buck Helm who barely survived only to die later on in the hospital.
