- A man sexually assaulting a woman starts to rip off her clothes, exposing her body. He takes off his pants and twists her nipples briefly and starts to rape her. Her breasts, buttocks and pubic hair are visible.

- Burning hot water is poured on a woman's hands; later, a man jabs a bunch of chopsticks inside her vagina, and blood is seen pouring down from between her legs beneath the table.
- During a long fight in a prison, a man bites another man's cheek, then he has his head stuck in a toilet and a man pees on him. Some men wrap a cord around the man's neck and he throws up when they are forced to loosen it.
- A man is badly beaten up again by prisoners.
- A man drags his wrist on a spade and bites his artery. Blood is seen dripping from his wrist.
- A cop punches a man in the chest a few times, a nurse then jabs him in his buttock with a syringe. He grabs the syringe and points it at her neck, cutting her.
- A nurse injects a syringe of water into a man that causes large bumps to form on his back. Then cops hit him on these bumps to torture him.
- A man is hit over the head with a bottle and his entire family is tied up. A piece of his wife's cheek is bitten off and spit at him. We see his child's throat accidently slit. His wife is stabbed in the chest and he is stabbed in the neck. Some of the child's other siblings are slashed to death. Then one of them is put on a table and her head is cut off with a cleaver (we see it fall from beneath the table as blood pours down). The last girl pees her pants as the killer reaches towards her.
- A bunch of bodies are chopped up (blood flies everywhere) and thrown into a pile that includes the tops of their heads and their arms and legs.
- A man digs into his previous wrist wound with a soda can lid until he bleeds to death.

- Frequent and pervasive use of "fuck" throughout the running time in the accurately translated subtitles. "Cunt" is used once.
