Prince Achmed's pants (but not his boxers) are torn when he storms out of the palace yet immediately after this Rajah has a piece of Prince Achmed's boxers (but not his pants) in his mouth.
During "Prince Ali" when Aladdin arrives in Agrabah at the Sultan's palace, Jafar can be seen trying to keep Aladdin out by holding the front door closed. When Aladdin's elephant (Abu in disguise) pushes the door open, we see Jafar being smashed into the wall behind the door. Then the scene cuts away to Jafar pushing the door away from his face. However, Iago is clearly smashed into the wall beside him despite not being around Jafar just seconds before the door flew open.
After "A Whole New World" when they are watching a Chinese dragon, Jasmine discovers Ali is the boy from the market and takes his hat. When she grabs his hat she squeezes it and the lamp is not there, but once dropped off at the palace when Ali is thrown into the ocean, the lamp pops out of his hat.
When the guards are after Aladdin and Jasmine, Aladdin holds out his right hand and asks Jasmine "Do you trust me?" Jasmine accepts his right hand, but in the next shot, Jasmine is holding Aladdin's left hand.
When Aladdin is transformed to Prince Ali, the reflection in the mirror shows the arm held up on the wrong side.
In "Prince Ali" the Genie sings "Brush off your Sunday Salam" but in Islam the holy day falls on Fridays, not Sundays. This was later corrected in the live-action remake, Aladdin (2019).
During the Song "Never Had A Friend Like Me", Genie the waiter is writing an order in Arabic, but he writes from left to right. Arabic is written from right to left.
The animators have clearly tried to make all the writing in the film look Arabic. However in one scene we see the faces of Jafar and the Sultan as they read a scroll. Their eyes move from left to right; Arabic is read right to left.
At the beginning "Prince Ali", Genie (disguised as the master of ceremonies) bumps into a man drinking wine from leather canteen (the wine is visible as the man spits it). Alcohol consumption, in particular publicly, is forbidden in Islam.
After Jasmine finds out that Prince Ali is the boy from the market, she is angry with him for lying to her and demands that he tell her the truth. She doesn't say anything about him being arrested and Jafar telling her that he had the boy beheaded. One would think that would be the first thing she would have asked him about.
However, Jasmine clearly has deep contempt for Jafar so she might have figured out that he lied to her and didn't care why he did.
Genie can somehow impersonate famous celebrities like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Rodney Dangerfield despite the fact this film takes place hundreds of years before they were born. However, as he is a magical wish-granting being, it's likely possible that he has the ability to time travel to centuries after the events of the movie take place and see them in action himself. This is also demonstrated in other animated Disney features like The Sword in the Stone (1963).
In the Cave of Wonders, the Genie says: "Rule number three. I can't bring people back from the dead. It's not a pretty picture. I don't like doing it." If he doesn't like DOING it, it means he CAN DO it, which contradicts rule number three. However, it's possible that he's implying that he wouldn't do it even if he could.
When Princess Jasmine releases the birds they are not colored in white - just the outlines of them are shown. (This mistake was fixed on the 2-Disc Platinum Edition DVD.)
Immediately after Aladdin decides not to free Genie, he upsets Abu (in elephant form) and Carpet, who then disappear from a window's view. In doing so, they pass behind a decorative perforation pattern which borders the window, but it is not possible to see them through the holes.
At 1 hour and 48 min, when Aladdin and Jasmin are flying on the Magic Carpet are in Egypt, then at 1 hour and 59 min, they are then in Greece. Egypt is 991.7084 miles from Greece, which means they flown 991.7084 miles in eleven seconds or an average of 145, 090 miles per second, or 324, 557 miles per hour. If this actually happened they would actually be dead since they are wearing regular clothing and are not wearing protective clothing that would prevent them from burning up.
After Jasmine is told Aladdin is dead, and is crying by the fountain she whips tears from both her eyes, however when she whips her right side she doesn't whip anywhere near her eye and the tears are still gone from her eye a few frames later.
Jasmine and Prince Ali sit on top of the Chinese Imperial Palace to watch a fireworks show including bursts of Pinks, Greens, Purples and Blues. The only available colors prior to 1850 are white and pale yellow.
When Abu is trying to wake Aladdin up in the cave, he's clearly saying (in his "monkey voice"): "Aladdin, wake up". However, his mouth remains tightly closed in the process.
During "A Whole New World", we can see Aladdin and Jasmine descending down on the magic carpet, and we can hear Jasmine singing, "A whole new world," but her mouth is not moving. This is right after she sings "Through an endless diamond sky..."
During the Prince Ali reprise song when Aladdin says "Jafar, get your hands off her!" His lips don't move at all.
If Jafar had the ability to hypnotize the sultan with his snake staff, why did he even require the magic lamp in the first place? Essentially, he already had control of the kingdom, as he could easily hypnotize the sultan to do anything he wanted. Additionally, rather than exploiting a legal loophole to force the sultan to give him Jasmine's hand in marriage, Jafar could simply hypnotize Jasmine and command her to accept his marriage proposal. While it's possible the snake staff had certain limitations (it only works on one person or for a short time, etc.), as the film stands these powers are poorly defined.
Genie offers to restore Aladdin as a prince instead of gaining his freedom, but why would Aladdin need to wish to be a prince again? He already wished to be one so unless the wish has an expiration date on it, this doesn't make sense.
The Cave of Wonders says: "Only one may enter here, one whose worth lies far within. A diamond in the rough." but then, Aladdin AND Abu enters the Cave. So, what was stopping Iago at the beginning of the movie flying into the Cave and grab the lamp if the Cave of Wonders ignores animals?
During the "Prince Ali" musical number, the Genie gives Aladdin the strength of ten men so that he can show off his strength (and thus prove himself worthy of Jasmine). There is no indication that this magical skill is temporary, yet Aladdin never exhibits this super strength again in the film, not even when he is in peril.
At the end, when Aladdin only has one wish left and the Genie tells him to just wish he is a prince again, Aladdin could have easily wished that. Then proceeded to hand the lamp over to Jasmine and have her wish the genie free.
Although the scroll appears to be Arabic, the Sultan and Jafar's eyes move from left to right as they read it, not right to left as they should have.
To summon a genie, one has to rub the lamp. But when Aladdin first releases his genie friend, he does not rub the lamp, he pats it.
