There are various instances of firearms shooting far more bullets than they can carry in real life. The most noticeable instance is during the nightclub shootout, where Willie Hickok and Reggie fire a combined 14 bullets from the same 6-shot revolver without reloading.

Immediately after the bus crash scene, the road is blocked by the bus and the semi-truck. The 2 bikers are one one side of the crash and law enforcement arrives on the other side. The bikers depart the scene in the opposite direction from law enforcement on an open and desolate highway. Law enforcement would have dispatched a police helicopter and the 2 outlaws would have been found in a very short amount of time.

(Around 29 minutes) Even though the filmmakers did attempt to conceal it with smoke, you can still see the large piston/cannon used to overturn the bus, near the rear of the vehicle, as it is flipping over.

In the scene where the bikers are attacking the prison bus one of them pulls out a shotgun and fires several times into the bus windows. Later, once the bus has flipped over, the same biker rides up next to the first one but the shotgun has mysteriously disappeared.

The cable car seen in the street scenes before and after the shootout at the Chinese hotel is clearly a fake body on a rubber-tired trailer. Shots in silhouette reveal just two simple axles underneath rather the four axles and complicated undercarriage of a cable car. One shot from the rear shows the cable car body on a trailer, complete with a California motor vehicle license.

You would have thought Cates would have asked for a description of the Iceman a long time ago especially since Reggie had seen him before and could identify him..

During a close-up of the sax musician, when Reggie and Jack are entering the bar, legs of cameraman and his assistant are visible.

Reggie tells Jack that the Iceman wants him dead because Reggie can identify him, yet he is never asked for a description.
