It's the front line between the U.S. and Russia. The CIA and the KGB cut deals and Canadians, believe it or not, look the other way, as long as there's no trouble. The drug bust started in Los Angeles, ended in Vancouver. And they stuck me here in Canada for another week, on some "Hands Across the Border" bullshit. So the Mounties put me on a homicide case.
