It appears this inane comedy was made in order to give the Spanish principals an all expenses paid holiday in Mexico's Tabasco state, where most of the principal photography was shot. Unfortunately, there was not much to choose from on cable one night, and we tuned in to this mess.

Fernando Colono, the writer/director of this picture manages to wreck the film with a screenplay that goes nowhere. Shame to the other two writers, the late Carmen Rico Godoy and Fernando Trueba. The movie was obviously targeted for the domestic market, which probably was the case. We saw the film while on a trip. Obviously this had no chance for a commercial run outside of Spain.

The wonderful Chus Lampreave is totally wasted since she had nothing to play. Ana Belen will probably omits this from her C.V. Let's hope the cast had a nice time in the sun!
