For Marla Maples, eating a healthy diet isn’t just to keep off weight — it’s a way of life.
The 54-year-old tells People she’s had the desire to understand the power of food since she was young. “I have since been committed to helping others be the healthiest and best they can be through food and exercise choices so they can enjoy a joyful and healthy life.”
For Maples that means a lot of vegetables (she says you can almost call her a vegan), but she isn’t shy to indulge in steak every once in awhile.

Starks are always right eventually - winter is well and truly here, and the time has come to start dressing accordingly. With the imminent release of the extended edition of David Ayer's Suicide Squad, what better time to spotlight a couple of great Task Force X-related items from SuperHeroStuff that'll keep the ol' noggin warm when the cold winds begin to rise? First up is the very cozy Suicide Squad Cuffed Beanie. Standard beanies may do a decent job against the wind, but do they keep the rain outta your eyes too? A curved bill on your beanie is the way forward my friends. We also have the Task Force X hat for when the weather gets a bit less extreme. This cap won't do quite as good a job against the elements, but it does have little pocket-things on the side. Fair trade if you ask me!

Now they got bad blood...and $13,000-worth of sex shop get-ups. (Fair trade, no?) Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez, or Catastrophe and Arsyn as we know them from Tay's star-studded "Bad Blood" music video—along with Taylor's other famous friends featured in the vid—purportedly wore $13,000 worth of sex shop duds lent to them from Los Angeles-based adult goods store The Stockroom, as Page Six reported. Pieces from the shop included the sexy latex dress Taylor sports in the first scene of "Bad Blood" (Tay wore the $235 lingerie piece off the rack in an estimated size extra-small) and a black latex blouse (worth $360 and available in more than 30 colors) that Selena donned during her...

Harry Potter fans are a dedicated lot. But they're in the news this week because they banded together for a cause considerably bigger than an update on what Ron's doing with his life post-Hogwarts. Andrew Slack founded the Harry Potter Alliance in 2005, inspired by J.K. Rowling's experiences with poverty and her work with Amnesty International. After meeting with Lisa Valdez, a labor advocate who educated Slack about child labor abuses - especially in cocoa production - Slack was inspired to launch a campaign on Halloween 2010, asking Warner Bros. to meet new standards for chocolate production in its Harry Potter-themed merchandise.

“Cause the bakers gonna bake bake bake bake bake.”
Taylor Swift doesn’t just bake cookies. Taylor Swift bakes the most Taylor Swifty cookies ever, with cutesy twee captions like, “Chai sugar cookies with cinnamon eggnog icing Aka Christmas in September” and all the necessary baking ‘grams, of course.

It has over 600,000 likes. When will your foodstagrams ever?
When a fan asked for this recipe, Taylor responded on her Tumblr, “If you want to make the cookies from scratch (that’s what I did), you can use this recipe I found on a baking blog I like, joythebaker.com.”
Joy the Baker (aka Joy Wilson) is a “self taught/ family taught/ taste buds taught” baker from the French Quarter in NoLa. And it’s no surprise why she’s Taylor’s favorite baker:
Cats and baking? That basically sums up Taylor in two words.

Normally I wouldn’t bother too much with Brian A Miller’s essentially direct-to-dvd action movie “The Prince,” because let’s face it looks kinda generic, but what did pique my interest was that it co-stars Rain, the South Korean pop singer turned actor who starred in 2009′s way underrated “Ninja Assassin.” Rain recently starred in the thriller “Soar Into the Sun,” which was pretty entertaining also. Here, he’s playing a bad guy to Bruce Willis’ main bad guy, and you can check out a trailer for the film below. As for the movie, it’s about “a retired assassin [who is] drawn back into the life he gave up when his daughter is kidnapped. To rescue her, he must confront his former rival.” Kinda like Liam Neeson in “Taken” sans Albanians, but with Bruce Willis instead. Fair trade, I guess. The flick stars Patric, Willis, John Cusack, Rain, Jessica Lowndes,...

Ken Loach calls decision not to pay staff London Living Wage “shocking” and “hypocritical”.
Staff at the Ritzy cinema in London are to ballot on strike action after a long-running pay dispute with cinema operator Picturehouse.
Workers are calling for the exhibitor to pay all staff the London Living Wage of £8.80 per hour, a demand Cineworld-owned Picturehouse refuses to meet.
Approximately 90% of the Ritzy’s 100 staff are Bectu members, according to the union, which will post the ballot results on its website on Monday.
The union has been leafleting outside the cinema this week after Acas-mediated talks between the two parties broke down in February.
Meanwhile director Ken Loach has waded into the dispute, expressing outrage at the exhibitor’s stance:
“It’s unforgivable not to pay the London living wage,” the veteran director told Screen. “It’s really shocking. Particularly since the same cinema hosts the Human Rights Watch Film Festival and sells Fair Trade Coffee...

In "Echo House," "Teen Wolf" takes a long-overdue trip to the local nuthouse. Because obviously a town like Beacon Hills has an insane asylum. This works out surprisingly well for both Stiles and the nogitsune too -- the kid gets a girl and the demon gets Stiles.
Fair trade? Answer for yourself with this recap.
Stiles has a special pillow
As if the world didn't already adore Stiles, the boy has a special pillow. He can't sleep without it! Awwww ...
Unfortunately, Stiles doesn't bring his pillow when he commits himself to the Eichen House mental hospital. But since Stiles is possessed by an evil demon who tends to show up when he's sleeping, not even a special pillow is likely to help.
It's not like he's going to want to sleep in creepy Echo House anyway. This is a place where suicides (which happen more often on Mondays) are called...

The warts-and-all authorised biography of Oliver Reed proves both wildly funny and strangely moving
Robert Sellers's authorised biography of the actor Oliver Reed is both a frustrating and gripping read. Eschewing wider cultural analysis, Sellers writes about the life and career of one of Britain's most notorious actors in a laddish style that takes prurient glee in discussing Reed's many episodes of drunkenness with the lowbrow humour that seems more suited to the pub than the bookshelves. If you enjoy stories about inebriated people urinating on one another's heads, this will be the best book you read all year.
On the other hand, if you can stomach much of the detail, Sellers has managed to piece together a fascinating tale of how Reed, once regarded as Britain's most promising young actor, managed to throw his undeniable talent away. In a career which began with bit parts in Hammer horrors,...
