After the chase between the Porsche and the Camaro, when the Porsche gets banged up pretty bad on the right side and a window is blown out by a shotgun, the Porsche is driven into the chop shop and it doesn't have a scratch on it. In the next scene the right front end of the car is shown and it's a slightly lighter/paler color and appears to have scratches, although it looks more like mud splashes or painted-on damage than scratches.
The car chase scene between the silver Porsche and the blue Camaro contains many inconsistencies. The Porsche's left rear passenger window disappears and reappears between shots before the scene where the Camaro passenger destroys it with a shotgun. Before the climax of the chase, the Camaro's front end is damaged, but there are no scenes showing how it got damaged during the scene.
Ted mentions that Ann is home from college and Ann says she goes to school in Chicago. Later, when Ann gives Benji the tour of the house she says she plays basketball for Sacred Heart. Sacred Heart University is in CT, not IL. Also, she's a basketball player, yet Benjy has to explain 1 on 1 to her.
Benji's family is sitting down to Thanksgiving diner at the beginning of the film, yet the calendar on the wall is turned to February.
When Ted confronts 'Bill' on the mall roof he calls him 'Benji'. Ann warned Ted that Bill is a cop but didn't mention his real name. However, Ted already knows Bill is a cop because he was tipped off by Curtis Loos, who probably gave him the name 'Benji' as well.
During the chase scene, the same shot (of Charlie Sheen's character reacting to what he has seen out the back window) is used in two places. First, when the first car chasing them slams into a pick up truck. Second, when the Trans Am crashes through the Pepsi truck.
When Ted gifts Bill his first repo, he says 'she's yours. Clean, clear, and legal.' However when Bill is seen backing in at home, the car still has the same license plate as when he first stole it.
Ted lied.
Ted lied.
