- Gloria's fiance Jason is going out with some friends to sow his last wild oats. She considers this a bit barbaric, so on the advice of some friends she goes out to do the same thing. She meets Phillip, a man who's tired of one-night stands and wants a serious monogamous relationship. When they meet he is taken with her right away, but she doesn't give him her real name. So, after spending the night together, she leaves him a video saying that she is engaged and that this was supposed to be her last fling. - Attorney Phillip Reed is tired of one-night stands. He meets a woman at the zoo, Gloria Franklin, who is getting married in two weeks. When she meets Phillip, she doesn't tell him her real name. The two hit it off right away and she tells him she'll call him--but she doesn't plan to do that. But she's enraged that her fiancé is cheating on her, so she decides to call Phillip and invites him to go to Acapulco, Mexico with her for the weekend and the two have an adventure getting there when the car they rented breaks down and catches on fire. Then they hitch a ride with some local farm workers. Finally, they get to a beautiful house that is owned by Gloria's parents. They have a blast in Acapulco; they dine, dance, and end up in bed together. The next morning, Gloria has already left by the time Phillip wakes up. He looks for her, then finds out via videotape explanation that she's getting married next week and he was supposed to be her last fling. Phillip tries to find her; when he finally does, he tries to stop the wedding and convince Gloria that they belong together. In the end, Gloria leaves her unfaithful fiancé at the altar and she and Phillip return to the zoo where they met,
