The Bold and the Beautiful went for it, and summer is coming in hot.
Several hints have been given about Hope (Annika Noelle) and Finn (Tanner Novlan) crossing the lines, and last week’s shows proved that is precisely what is happening.
These two have connected on the next level, from bonding over their dysfunctional parents to the bedroom.
Based on the previews for this week’s episodes, what started as a kiss at Forrester turns into Hope and Finn hitting the sheets (or the couch).
Reigniting the Logan and Forrester feud was inevitable as Hope and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) are the new versions of Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Taylor (Krista Allen).
Here’s what to expect from upcoming The Bold and the Beautiful episodes.

General Hospital won big at the 51st Daytime Emmys.
While only Robert Gossett won among the nominated actors, the ABC soap took home Best Drama, Outstanding Writing Team, and Best Directing Team trophies.
It is good news for the show, but the results puzzled the viewers.
For several years, there have been complaints about the writing, the seemingly random actors they hire, and more.
Winning for the writing category against soaps like The Young and the Restless, Days of our Lives, and The Bold and the Beautiful, which all had phenomenal storylines, is confusing even to us.
Here’s what some General Hospital viewers had to say about the big sweep at the Daytime Emmys.
General Hospital announces big Emmy win
Admittedly, winning the best Daytime Drama series is a big win, and General Hospital couldn’t wait to share their three big wins on social media.

She finds it hard to believe in Finn’s dedication to her over his birth mother, especially as he welcomes Sheila and her dangerous drama back into their lives.

In the season three finale of the Emmy-winning series, the janitor and Quinta Brunson’s Janine Teagues have a short but serious talk about pursuing life and living with regrets. “It’ll be all right, trust me,” he reassures her.
“I got a lot of compliments from not only Quinta but from the producers and the writers, and some of them even got a little teary and got a little emotional about it,” William Stanford Davis tells The Hollywood Reporter. “You got to see a different side of [Mr. Johnson]. The 51st Daytime Emmys brought fashion and wins to the stage.
CBS hosted the event, allowing it to be televised live for viewers to revel in what their favorite soap stars were wearing and what they were doing.
The nominations this year were all over the board, and while we had our predictions, we weren’t sure who would actually take home the coveted awards.
In a year affected by writers’ strikes, scribes wrote some of the material the actors worked with and did a good job making it their own.
While there are varying opinions about who won each category, only one can take home the statue.
Here’s which soaps won each category tailored to the genre.
Who won a Daytime Emmy?
Some categories didn’t offer an actor or actress for a particular soap. But without further do, here is a list of winners in the soap-centric categories.

Fortunately, IATSE leadership met with the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Friday afternoon and were able to reach an agreement two hours before showtime.

Legendary actor and comedian Dick Van Dyke has made history, winning the 2024 Daytime Emmy award for guest performer in a daytime drama series — via his spot on Peacock’s “Days of Our Lives.” At 98, that makes Van Dyke the oldest actor to receive a Daytime Emmy win.
Van Dyke came into Friday’s 51st Daytime Emmy Awards already making a mark as the oldest Daytime Emmys nominee ever. Night one of the 51st annual Daytime Emmy Awards took place live on CBS on Friday, June 7, from the Westin Bonaventure hotel in Downtown Los Angeles.

“General Hospital” led night one of the 51st annual Daytime Emmy Awards, winning four prizes — including the outstanding daytime drama Emmy. “General Hospital” won the top daytime drama award for the fourth year in a row.
“Gh” took an early lead as proceedings got underway, including writing, directing and supporting actor performance in a daytime drama series (Robert Gossett as Marshall Ashford). While accepting the honor for daytime drama directing, the show’s team paid tribute to Johnny Wactor, the former “Gh” performer who was recently killed.
Besides Gossett from “Gh,” daytime acting awards were spread out among several shows, with CBS’ “The Young and the Restless” winning two — for lead actress (Michelle Stafford as Phyllis Summers) and supporting actress (Courtney Hope as Sally Spectra). CBS’ “The Bold and the Beautiful” won the drama actor for Thorsten Kaye as Ridge Forrester, who also won last year.

Bold and the Beautiful cranks up the seductive music when Hope Logan may take Finn as her latest lover on the CBS soap. One kiss did it, as Hope tells the hubby of her rival that she can’t get enough of him next week. And she tells him this as they disrobe.
But this seems to unfold at such a fast pace, so is this reality happening, or are these hallucinations somehow tied in with Hope’s headaches? Maybe B&b is showing us wishful thinking in a daydream.
As it stands today, the preview has them going at it hot and heavy, but would B&b have these two play with so much fire, so quickly? We will know for sure next week, but if these two throw caution and common sense to the wind, this is how it likely plays out.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for next week’s episodes of the CBS soap tease that more drama is on the way.
May sweeps are gone, but the storylines are moving full steam ahead.
Luna’s (Lisa Yamada) paternity drama is solved, with Bill (Don Diamont) being her father. We thought the writers were going another route, but based on the feedback they got when they teased it, they likely went with Bill instead.
Relationships are also being tested, especially regarding the Logans and Forresters.
Hope’s (Annika Noelle) decision to support Finn (Tanner Novlan) against Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) wishes has turned into something so much more.
Here’s what’s happening next week on The Bold and the Beautiful.
Hope turns into Brooke

While soap operas once filled the networks' daytime schedules, only three of them remain today -- The Bold and the Beautiful (CBS), General Hospital (ABC), and The Young and the Restless (CBS). Their ratings are a fraction of what they used to be, even just a few years ago and it often feels like they're on borrowed time. How long will the last three network soaps survive? The best indication is still the ratings. Stay tuned.

‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&b) spoilers here and we’re set to close the week out in style with plenty of fun spoilery goodies for Friday, June 7.
There’s going to be some interesting developments in this episode, and with so much happening it’s going to be interesting to see how Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) reacts to it all.
Now that she’s got an ally in John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), Hope will feel better that someone so close to Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) sees what she does.
Though that may not be very helpful since Steffy laid down the law about Finn respecting her decisions in her work.

“The Young and the Restless” will get back in the winner’s circle at the 51st Annual Daytime Emmy Awards scheduled for Friday night, June 7. That’s according to the combined predictions of Gold Derby users who have placed their bets here in our predictions center. Do you agree the top-rated CBS serial will be named the year’s best soap?
“Y&r” will have to overcome “General Hospital,” which has been on a hot streak, winning for the last three years in a row. In total, “Gh” has won Best Drama Series 16 times, more than any other soap in history. “Y&r” is next in line with 11, including back-to-back wins in 2019 and 2020. No other daytime drama has achieved double-digit victories. In fact, none even come close. The next most awarded serials are the now-defunct “As the World Turns” and the still-running “Days of Our Lives” with four apiece.

The Daytime Emmys are upon us, which means high fashion and high nerves for those nominated.
Katherine Kelly Lang has played Brooke Logan since the series’ inception in 1987. Although she’s had several top-notch storylines throughout the years, she has yet to win a Daytime Emmy.
The Bold and the Beautiful has two Lead Actress nominees, with Annika Noelle (Hope Logan) standing beside her on-screen mother. The Lead Actor category holds John McCook for portraying Eric Forrester, and he’s our pick to sweep the category.
With the big awards happening this weekend, many of the nominees and presenters have spent time preparing for a weekend to remember.
Many of the nominees are likely thinking about who they would thank should they win the award, and Katherine Kelly Lang is in that boat.
She has not only prepared a speech, but she has also been practicing how she will deliver it.
