The clock behind Jimmy reads 12:40 in the hallway. It's already been established that this is Morgan's first morning at school.

In the final warehouse scene when Frankie points the gun at Nick and tells him to get off of Morgan, the gun goes from cocked in Frankie's medium shots to uncocked in Nick's medium shots.

In James Spader's first appearance in the film the patch on the back of his leather jacket is slashed with a car antenna. Although the patch is still slashed when he arrives at school the next day, it next appears fully intact later the same day at school while Spader is talking to Robert Downey, Jr.

After Frankie spills wine on her dress, she says "it's ruined", however when she walks past the dinner table as she leaves the house, there's no visible stain on her dress.
