Pointless.

Model Behavior is your standard early 80s T & A drama. It has basically no story other than that of two young professionals, one an aspiring fashion photographer and one who's substituting his dull office job to be a sort of casting director/manager for the whole gig that these two set up for themselves. Of course, the love story angle emerges with the photographer loving the fast life and his roommate (the manager) preferring true love. The film itself is cheap, the story seems to carry on with pointless matters, and had this actually been a comedy (even if not a funny one), it would've probably been in the Lemon Popsicle series.

I see no one (as of this writing) is taking credit on IMDb for writing this turkey.

Decadent Fun

Zeal for this movie should not be for the exuberant insouciant nature it makes of itself but rather its genuine reflection of the mood and social direction of its day... In fact, it captures a moment in time very well...with a provocative soundtrack and bold cinematography that can only harken to the industriousness that colored the era...one might say it embodies the quintessential distorted extravagance of the 80s dream and facilitates the cultural aspirations of progressive avarice ... Now to us looking back, one could call this all rapacity cliché or even some pretentious idolatry but there is genuine passion here...MODELING WAS HUGE...AND I DARE SAY SHAPED THE WORLDS COLLECTIVE CONSCIENCE...it is a comedy but it is not making fun of itself...it simply exudes the charm of the unrestrained...evoking life as it could have been or even how it wanted to be...

Recommend for those seeking a night of indulgence

Beautiful women, thrilling scenes, outstanding jokes in all dialogues each and every minute, never a moment's space! This isn't an average movie, this is THE movie! Buy it! If you don't want to buy it, copy it!
