When Blake and Fenderbaum try to run the military car off the road, the overhead shot of the accident shows them being cut off by a red/gray Dodge Daytona, not the solid red Corvette they were driving.

Even if he was only a deputy, he is under no obligation to correct them.

At several times, the orangutan is referred to as both a chimp and a monkey. While this is factually incorrect, this is deliberate to demonstrate the general ignorance people have between apes and monkey, and the different types of great apes.

When the Mitsubishi uses the afterburner, the stunt man driving is visible, wearing a fire suit.

Right after Jackie Chan/Richard Kiel's car is dropped out of the plane, they're chased by cops. To make them invisible, the car hovers above the ground. As the car is lowering, you can see the shadow of the crane on the ground, lowering it down.

In the fight scene at the Pinto Ranch near the end of the movie, when Arnold (Richard Kiel) throws Hymie (Telly Savalas) into the air, the harness and wires used to carry out the stunt are clearly visible.
