- There are many scenes where women are casually seen walking on the beach/walking around in a room or going for a swim topless or fully naked. Their buttocks are seen and bare breasts also (there are close-up shots). One sequence includes full-frontal nudity, but the genital area doesn't have any detail drawn. These scenes sometimes last over a minute.
- Golgo 13 has sex with many different women throughout the film, we see women's breasts and nipples (there are many close-up shots) and male & female buttocks are seen. The characters are seen in various sexual positions, sometimes breasts are squeezed, the women are also heard moaning and panting, although the animation is very minimal. There is a scene where a woman briefly touches herself before intercourse, but her genitals are obscured.
- The silhouette of a man & woman having sex is seen, they are seen getting in different positions while conversing, the woman is then heard moaning.
- A man is seen in bed with several naked women, he kisses them and they are seen kissing each other. Their bare breasts and buttocks are seen.
- There is a rape scene which lasts over 2 minutes. A woman is locked in a room, a man is chasing her and ripping off all her clothing until she is fully naked. He pins her down to the floor and begins squeezing her breasts as she is seen crying. The rapist is later seen in the shower with the woman in another scene, she is seen topless, he pins her to the ground, but this time she doesn't fight back.

- Many gunfights and fistfights throughout the film, characters are shot, stabbed & pistol-whipped, and sometimes exaggerated jets of blood are seen squirting out of the wounded and splashing onto other characters.
- A distressed man shoots himself in the head, although this is done off-screen, his body is seen falling in slow motion with a large amount of blood coming out of his head. A man in shock cries over his body, this scene doesn't last long.
- A character named Snake kills his enemies very brutally throughout the film. He is seen cutting the limbs off of characters, poking their eyes in and slitting their throats. An exaggerated amount of blood is seen squirting.
- There is a rape scene which lasts over 2 minutes. A woman is locked in a room, the woman is fighting away a man who is chasing her and ripping off all her clothing until she is fully naked. He corners her & pins her down to the floor and begins squeezing her breasts as she is seen crying. (THIS ENTRY IS ALSO IN THE "SEX & NUDITY" CATEGORY SINCE IT FITS BOTH)
- The story follows a contract killer, he is seen using a sniper rifle and shooting his targets in the head. These scenes are sometimes played in slow motion, the bullet wound & blood is seen.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- It's set in a hard-boiled crime setting. There are a lot of intense gunfights and the Snake character is extremely creepy and his killing are brutal. There is also a very disturbing rape scene. All animated, but it has a serious tone to it. It is best described as an X-Rated anime version of James Bond.
