- A man beats a woman to death with his bare hands (and a few kicks) this is extremely bloody and protracted with much of the violence mercilessly shown on screen.
- A man is doused in petrol and set alight.
- A man is impaled on a punji stake-type weapon and lots of blood drips from his stomach.
- A man has his eye hacked out with a stick (very graphic) then is cut in half by a bulldozer, with blood & intestines spilling out.
- A man rips off another man's toe and eats it. The other man screams in agony.
- A man has both his hands cut off with a machete.
- A man has his head sliced in two by a machete (all on camera & with heaps of blood)
- A man is shot repeatedly with a crossbow, then run over.
- A man is shot in the groin then burned to death.
- A man in beaten to death and has his back snapped over another man's knee.
- A man literally explodes when all the fire from a chain gun is directed solely at him.
- A woman's head explodes when she is stabbed in the face with an explosive tipped arrow.
- A woman is raped and murdered (this is off camera, but we later see her extremely bloody, naked corpse with several wounds including an arrow through the mouth & coming out the neck.
- Countless people are shot to death in the film's climactic prison riot.
- Several mild beatings in which the victims survive.
- One torture/interrogation scene.
- Scenes of people being threatened with knives and guns.
- A man is semi-castrated when a woman zips his fly on his crotch. (The man has already had most of his groin cut off)
