- Some smoking and drinking, including intoxication by a soon-to-be-former Los Angeles Police Dept. officer who talks drunkenly to Ralph about his drug dealer neighbor who sold to children harassed him into stealing evidence (drugs) and selling to someone who later "talked" (informed on the cop as their dealer, a possible plea agreement) when "busted" (arrested) and about how he'd be a target in prison where many inmates are the same men he previously arrested.
