A mysterious Major Gaspar commands the Chetniks in Belgrade. Prle, Tihi and Joca have to return to Belgrade posing as government officials. Unaware of their identity, the Germans, the Partisans and the Chetniks all hunt for them.

The Germans are taking all valuables from the city's vault with airtight security to Germany along with all the intellectual elite. Prle tries to break into the vault to steal some gold while Joca wants to save his doctor.
